Upon booking, your payment information will be recorded and charged later if necessary. If you do not show up for your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the full service. For repeated no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment to secure your spot.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a charge for the total service cost.
Repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
You're welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If less notice is given, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service to stay on time for other clients. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show at my discretion.
